Within two miles, at Llanystumdwy, is the boyhood home (and grave) of
former Prime Minister David Lloyd George.
There are panoramic views across the bay to Harlech.
Ideally located for touring the beautiful Lleyn peninsula and Snowdonia,and visiting the historic castles of Criccieth, Harlech and Caernarfon
The Italianate village of
Portmeirion and there are famous narrow gauge railways to visit.
